Services
There’s no one “right” way to do therapy and no one pace that fits everyone. That’s why I offer a few different options depending on what you need.
You might want the steady rhythm of weekly sessions. Or maybe you’re ready to go deeper with EMDR in a focused block. Some people find that intensives — longer sessions packed into a shorter time — work best when they’re feeling stuck or want to process something big.
However we structure it, therapy with me blends different approaches: EMDR, inner child work, trauma healing, and attachment-based therapy. We’ll figure out what works best for you, together.
Standard Sessions
$250 or covered by insurance
Weekly or biweekly 50 minute sessions where an array of care takes place. This may be an EMDR session, sessions where we are talking about your week and processing your thoughts and feelings, or anything in between. These sessions are covered by insurance or can be self-pay. Check out my list of insurances here
3 Hour EMDR Blocks
$675
This service is designed to help people break out of their negative beliefs and haunting images in a format that allows for a larger chunk of processing to happen. This may be best for you if you notice 50 minute sessions ending right when you started to feel movement. I recommend combining with standard sessions and strategically schedule to create a fluid process. This is self-pay only. Insurance does not cover this service.
EMDR Intensives
$225 per hour ($2,250-$3,375)
EMDR intensives are designed to rapidly desensitize and reprocess in 10-15 hours over the 3 days. This usually looks like 3-6 hours a day in 3 days and can be tailored to your needs. Consider this option if you are looking to do the work of what could take 6 months in therapy in one week. This is self-pay only. If you are interested in this service, a free 1 hour consultation phone call is included. Schedule on my contact page.

What is EMDR?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It’s a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from overwhelming or traumatic experiences — especially ones that still feel stuck, even years later.
When something distressing happens, your brain doesn’t always get to fully process it. Those memories can stay “frozen” in your nervous system, showing up as anxiety, shame, fear, reactivity, or even physical symptoms.
EMDR helps those memories move.
It uses a technique called bilateral stimulation — gentle left-right movements (like guided eye movements, tapping, or sound tones) — to activate your brain’s natural healing process.
Just like during REM sleep…
Bilateral stimulation is the same kind of brain activity that happens during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, which is when our minds naturally sort, process, and store information.
In EMDR, we tap into that same system — but in a conscious, supported way — to help the brain finally make sense of difficult experiences.
What EMDR Feels Like
You don’t need to talk through every detail of what happened.
EMDR focuses less on retelling the story — and more on helping your nervous system release what it’s been holding.
In a session, we may focus on:
A memory or belief that feels distressing
What emotions or body sensations come up
What you'd rather feel or believe instead
From there, your brain takes over — with you fully in control, and me guiding the process with care and attunement.
