Meet Kat:

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

From a young age, I knew I felt things deeply. I was the one drawn to quiet moments, real conversations, and holding space for pain — even when I didn’t fully understand it. As a child, this sensitivity was confusing. But as a therapist, it feels like home. It’s where I come alive.

Healing, to me, isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about becoming — gently unfolding into your most authentic self. This journey takes time, courage, and immense self-compassion. There’s no deadline. You get to move at your pace.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I’m fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach for processing trauma.

A therapy space that feels like you can exhale

I treat the therapy room as sacred. It matters to me that you feel safe, seen, and respected — not just as a client, but as a whole human.

I show up as myself: cozy, honest, and occasionally curled up with a blanket on my lap. I’ve been known to swear softly, crack a corny joke, or mention my own therapist — because I walk this path too.

Clients often tell me: “You’re real.” That’s one of the best compliments I can receive. It means we’re doing something brave together.
